Key Responsibilities: - Perform specialized floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
- Utilize industry-standard techniques and equipment for carpet care, including shampooing, deep cleaning, and stain removal.
- Occasionally undertake detailed janitorial cleaning assignments.
- Maintain equipment, storage areas, and cleaning supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Work flexibly across different schedules and shifts based on company needs.
- Uphold the company's mission and core values in all tasks and interactions.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years floor and carpet care is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule.
- Adherence to the company's mission and values.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
